Moscow police cordon off Kievsky railway station square

In Moscow, the police have cordoned off the square in front of Kievsky railway station and began evacuating private cars because of potential provocations, RIA Novosti reports.

Special Police Forces are also gathered near the railway station. Police are checking the documents of suspicious individuals. The “Evropeiski” trade centre is operating according to its usual schedule, until 23:00. It was previously said that the centre would work only until 16:00.

After the events in Manezhskaya Square, information about actions on the 15th of December in response to the events was published on the internet. The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow called this information a provocation, however, and has taken preventive measures.
