Youth parliament to be created in Krasnodar

A Youth parliament will be created in Krasnodar. It will become one of
the most effective mechanisms for implementation of youth policies by
young people in the city, Yuga reports.

The Youth parliament will be subject to the City Council and the mayor
of the city of Krasnodar.
