The All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress has sent a message to the Russian
president and premier and law-enforcers about the disorders on
Manezhnaya Square on December 11 this year, the executive director of
the organization, Eldar Kuliyev, told Vestnik Kavkaza.
The congress requests the authorities to pay extra attention to ethnic problems.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier that the All-Russian Azerbaijani
Congress expressed criticism of the disorders on Manezhnaya Square and
said that Azerbaijani natives were among those injured in the attacks.
