Council of Elders meets in Dagestan

The meeting of the Council of Elders was opened today in Dagestan.
Among other agenda items are the issues of innovation in the republic.

The chairman of the Council of Elders, Alimpasha Umalatov, underlined
that it's necessary to implement new technologies and establish
cooperation between scientists and industrialists.
