Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has introduced a ban on carrying and
using sports air guns and sales of ammunition to citizens with no
license to use such weapons, the Kremlin press service says.
Traumatic guns are also defensive weapons and there have been many
cases of deaths from such weapons recently.
