The head of the Caucasus Muslims Clerical Office, Allahshukur Pashazade, has received the President of the Republic of Dagestan, Magomedsalam Magomedov, Trend reports.
The meeting was held at Pashazade's residence. They discussed the historical and cultural ties between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Dagestan, and the prospects for their development, Caucasus Muslim Board spokesperson Rahima Dadasheva told Trend.
The meeting took place during an unofficial visit by Magomedov to Azerbaijan. He appreciated the meeting.
