Three people have been detained over a blast at the national training
center of the Georgian Defense Ministry 'Krtsanisi' at Tbilisi have
been arrested, RIA Novosti cites Rustavi-2 TV channel.
Three people died and 13 were injured in the blast. The Defense
Ministry said that the blast was caused by a 120mm shell of a
mine-thrower. The explosion was possibly caused by a technical
accident.
The TV channel said that the head of the training center and two
colonels responsible for security were arrested. The ministry said
that their names will be announced in the near future.
