The Federal Security Service in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania has started receiving complaints from the population via e-mail. In order to receive a reply, the caller must leave his or her name and
address, and will be sent a copy of a document when necessary.
The Federal Security Service has promised that citizens who send their complants via e-mail will receive an answer within 30 days.
