Counter-terrorist operation regime introduced in Makhachkala

A counter-terrorist operation regime was introduced at Akushinsky
Street 96, a multi-storey building in Makhachkala. Two militants and a
woman were surrounded in an apartment at 13.30 (Moscow time), RIA
Novosti cites a spokesman of the information center of the National
Counter-Terrorist Committee as saying.
