Police in South Ossetia have detained the driver of bus that crashed into a precipe on the Transcaucasian highway on Sunday, officals in the republic say, reports RIA Novosti. The bus was travelling from Russia's Vladikavkaz to the capital of South Ossetia, Tskhinvali, when the crash occurred, killing 12 people. there were 24 people on board the vehicle at the time of the crash.
