A case of negligence has been initiated against the head of the
Pyatigorsk Police Department, Saveliy Arapidi, in connection with the
terrorist act that occurred on the 17th of August in Pyatigork, RIA
Novosti reports. A bomb placed in a car parked near a cafe exploded on
that day, resulting in 17 casualities.
