Turkish airplane forced to land in Astana




A Turkish airplane flying between Istanbul and Beijing carrying 245
passengers was forced to land at Astana airport on Saturday due to
unknown electronic devices on board, reports 1news.az. Kazakh special
services and Emergencies Ministry officers examined the plane and
removed the suspect devices. No injuries occurred. After an hour the
plane resumed its flight to Beijing.
