Kalbardino-Balkaria offers reward for information into Nalchik bombing

The authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria have put up a 3 million rouble reward for information which would help the investigation into the terrorist attack at the Nalchik hippodrome, Interfax reports quoting sources in the Interior Ministry of the republic.

At a session of the operations staff on Sunday, lieutenant-general Yuri Tomchak called for raising the security level in the the region and launched an investigation into the terrorist attack at the racetrack.
