Policeman injured in Nazran by bomb explosion

A bomb exploded under the car of an operative of the police department
of the Elbrus district of Kabardino-Balkaria. He was taken to
hospital. Interfax reports, quoting deputy head of the investigative
office of Kabardino-Balkaria Tatyana Nauzhkova, that a hand-made
device went off under his VAZ-2114. "As a result, he was taken to the
Tyrnauz hospital seriously injured", Nauzhnikova said. The force of
the bomb was the equivalent of about 400 g of TNT, she added.
