Special operation in Derbent is being carried out

Law-enforcement agencies are carrying out special operations in the
southern Dagestani city of Derbent, RIA Novosti reports citing a
representative of the republic's Interior Ministry. The agency also
says that a building where gunmen are holed up is under siege, and
further details are to follow.
