Suicide-bomber identified

A suicide-bomber who planned a terrorist act during the 9th May
celebrations has been identified in Chechnya, reports ITAR-TASS,
citing the Minister for Internal Affairs of Chechnya, Ruslan Alhanov.
The terrorist was 23-year old Hasaviurt (in Dagestan) citizen Jakubov
Islam Hizrailovich. He was shot dead while attempts were made to
arrest him. An explosive device was fitted to his body, noted the
minister.
