Two Azeri poacher ships detained in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian sea

 

Two Azeri ships have been detained in the Caspian, Kazakhstan Today reports. 500 kg of sturgeons were found in their holds. There were 18 Azeri

citizens on board the ship, all of whom were detained.
Gulnazira Mukhtarova, the press secretary of the local department of
internal affairs, said that the detention was the result of a

special helicopter flight over the Kazakh part of the sea, during which

the places of the poaching vessels activities were discovered.
