Car from which a police unit was fired on in Kabardino-Balkaria had been driven from Moscow

The investigative services in Kabardino-Balkaria have brought a case to court, concerning the shooting at of a security unit, RIA Novosti reports. The incident took place in the Tyrnauz district at 11.15 pm on Saturday, one policeman was injured during the attack. Later, the criminals' car was found in a forest. It had been driven from Moscow in 2009. According to Russian law, the criminals could receive prison sentences of 20 years.
