A handmade explosive device went off 15 meters from a traffic control post in the city of Chegeme in Kabardino-Balkaria, one person being injured, RIA Novosti reports, citing local law-enforcement services.
The investigators said the explosive device was the equivalent of 180 grams of TNT and contained two grenades and metal screws
