A criminal case has been launched against the vice-major of Arkhangelsk, Sergey Molchansky. He is suspected of criminal negligence, the investigative committee of Arkhangelsk reports.
According to the investigative committee, Molchansky negligently executed his duty to provide the reconstruction of School 5 in Tskhinvali, having spent the allocated money (about 50 mln rubles) in an improper way.
The school building was not repaired as a result.
