An explosive device of unknown origin that had been placed under a pipeline blew up on Tuesday in Dagestan. There were no casualties, RIA Novosti reports.
"An explosion occurred around 00.40 Moscow Time near the village of Bashlikent in the Kayakentskii region on the 515 kilometer-long Mozdok-Gazimagomed pipeline", an agency source said.
