Iraq does not control areas of Kurdish terrorist concentration

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq, Hoshiyar Zebari, claimed that most members of the terrorist organization the PKK, whose extradition is demanded by Turkey, are situated in areas that are out of the control of the Iraqi government, reports TRT.
During his visit to the USA, Zebari answered the questions on radiostation «Voice of America». He said he wasn't informed about a list of 240 terrorists, whom Turkey demanded be extradited. He claimed that most of them are situated in areas that are out of the control of the Iraqi government and pointed out that there is no agreement on extradition between the two countries. The minister added that cooperation between Turkey, Iraq and the USA on the issue is continuing.
