2800 prisoners will be released in Iran, due to the start of the holy month of Ramadan. These are mainly people who can't pay their debts to other citizens or companies, said the head of the penitentiary service of Iran, Gulamgusein Ismaily, Trend reports.
He said these debts will be partially repaid from government funds and partially by insurance companies.
