Torshin: the explosions in the Caucasus caused by competiting terrorist groups

The explosions in the North Caucasus may have been caused by different organizations, Russia's first deputy speaker Aleksey Torshin believes.
One explosion is believed to be caused by Doku Umarov and another by Vagapov. In the opinion of Torshin, Doku Umarov does not have the resources to organize both explosions. This is thought to be an internal struggle between two terrorists, the aim of which is to prove oneself more legitimate as a terrorist leader.
It is also thought that the explosions were organized by different organizations, as the style was totally different. In the first incident, the explosion was aimed at the police, and in the second the plan was to kill as many people as possible.
Referring to the end of last summer, he thinks that August is the most active period for terrorists and he looks forward to enforcing the defense of the region. In his opinion it is obvious that the problem of terrorist groups has not yet been solved and that they are financed from abroad, from beyond the border with Ingushetia.
