Security guards honoured after Vladikavkaz blast

The head of North Ossetia, Teymuraz Mamsurov, honoured today the
security guards who stopped a suicide bomber entering the main area of
the market hit by a recent blast. The suicide bomber was forced to
park his vehcile just outside the market before detonating the
explosive device.Almost 20 people were killed in the resulting
explosion, but Mamsurov said the death toll could have been much
higher were it not for the actions of the guards.
