Many officers fired after terrorist act in Buynaksk

The Russian Defense Ministry has fired several officers due to the
terrorist act in Buynaksk. A suicide bomber blew up a car on the
territory of the military base near Buynaksk, where a motorized
infantry was situated. Three soldiers died and 35 were injured.
