A self-made explosive device has been set off at the parking near the МВД (Ministry for Home Affairs) office this morning at 8.50 in Nazran. The explosive has been fitted under the car of the Vice Deputy Minister for Home Affairs Beslan Shagiev. At the moment of the explosion there was no one in the car. A police was injured, reports ITAR-TASS.
