Two caches of explosives have been discovered 15 km north of Makhachkala, reports Gazeta.ru citing the press service of the FSB of Dagestan.
The caches contained four 50-liter cans filled with a mixture of
aluminum powder and ammonium nitrate.
The caches were destroyed by experts, a FSB source said. According to
him, the total weight of the explosives was 130 kilos.
