An apartment, which had been rented by accomplices of the suicide bombers who committed explosions in the Moscow metro, has been determined, reports Interfax referring to a source in law enforcement agencies.
He said that the apartment is situated in a typical dwelling house in Moscow Khamovniki District. "Supposedly, the components for making blasting assemblies were brought to the apartment beforehand and one of the accessories assembled the bombs," the source said.
According to him, the assembled explosive belts were delivered by one of the criminals to the metro station "Vorobyovy Gory" and given to the suicide bombers. "Probably, one man went with the first woman and another - with the second. It were these two accomplices who detonated the blasting assemblies distantly," the source said.
He noticed that after the terrorist attacks, the both men staid in the apartment for a while, then they left. They have been identified and are wanted.
