9000 without electricity in Rostov region after storms

Nine thousand people have been left without electricity in the Rostov
region due to a storm. The electricity supply to 8 residential areas
has been suspended due to strong winds and thunder storms.
By 8.30 PM electricity supplies were restored in the Aksaisk region,
although almost nine thousand people still remain without electricity,
reports Rosbalt.
