Two villages evacuated due to dam breach in Azerbaijan

The rising of the river Kura caused dam breach near the village
Charagan in the Sabirabadskii region of Azerbaijan on Tuesday's
evening. The residents of two nearby villages have been evacuated,
reports Novosti Azerbaijan, citing the emergency operations center.
A 40-meter section of dam was damaged and according to preliminary
information an area of 60-100 hectares has been flooded.
