The unknown blew up the car of Criminal Investigation Office Chief, Zuber Shukhaev, at 7 p.m. Moscow time on Saturday in Nalchik, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the police Information Centre of Kabardino-Balkaria.
Zuber Shukhaev died in hospital at night on April 11.
The inquiry is now in progress.
