Brazilian media outlets claim that Romario, one of the members of the team which came to Chechnya for a match with a side captained by Ramzan Kadyrov, received $350,000 dollars for his trip to Grozny, Yuga.ru reports.

Such stars of Brazilian football as Dunga, Roque Junior, Romario, Bebeto, Andre Cruz, Cafu, Elber and others arrived in Chechnya at the invitation of the head of the Chechen republic. Brazil won 6-4.
Kadyrov said that the Brazilians had come to Grozny "out of respect for the Chechen people."
