Russia plans to reduce the prices for construction materials for Olympic facilities via optimizing transport, Russian Vice-Premier Dmitry Kozak said in Sochi on March 23, Yuga.ru reports.
The vice-premier clarified that transport optimization will not affect the investment budget of the Olympic Games. The budget will remain at 195 billion rubles. 90 billion rubles of the sum come from the federal budget.
Commenting on possible theft of finances and corruption, Kozak said that no one has been charged for such cases yet.
