Vladimir Kozhin announced plans to build a new complex for the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014. "There is one additional project, which we will implement for the Olympics through the Association of Winter Olympic sports, which I chair. It will be built in Krasnaya Polyana," - said Kojin in an interview to Interfax.
"This is not a sports facility, nor a hotel. All guests will be able to attend the Olympics" - said Kojin without giving any specifics.
