Chechen wrestler Jamal Otarsultanov (weight category under 55 kg) has won the first position in the International Free Wrestling Championship of Ivan Yarygin in Krasnoyarsk, press service of the Chechen government reports.
European Champion J. Otarsultanov beat Russian wrestler Nariman Israpilov.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier that Adam Saytiyev, an Olympic Champion of Sydney-2000, returned back to sports after three years of rest and won a silver medal. Saytiyev lost to Russian wrestler Deniz Tsargush in the weight category under 74 kg.
Anzor Boltukayev, a Chechen wrestler, won a bronze medal in the weight category under 84 kg.
