Olympics: Azerbaijani boxer Teymur Mammadov wins bronze medal

Azerbaijani boxer Teymur Mammadov has won a bronze medal at the
Olympics in London in the under 91 kg category, losing in the
semi-final to an Italian, Clemente Russo.

After the first round, Mamedov led with a score of 3:2. Taimur added to his score
in the second round, increasing his advantage to 6:4. Following two rounds
the score was 9:6. But in the last round the Azerbaijani sportsman
lost.

Tonight another Azerbaijani boxer, Magomedrasul Majidov (in the over 91 kg category),
will compete against Roberto Kammarelle.
