At a meeting with the head of environmental supervision, Vladimir Kirillov, Russian Premier Vladimir Putin emphasized that ecological standards must be followed when constructing Olympic facilities in Sochi, Interfax reports.
Kirillov also said that his structure is carrying out snap inspections. As a result of one of the inspections, his agency ordered some endangered plants to be replanted due to the construction of the ‘Alpika-Service’ – Adler road.
