Armenian striker Yuri Movsisyan will be paid €1.5 million annually for playing in the team of the Spartak FC. A contract was signed for 4.5 years until the end of the 2016/2017 season, making over €6.5 million overall.
He announced the plans to switch from the Krasnodar FC to the Spartak FC on December 8. He has had 13 matches for the Krasnodar FC, scoring 9 goals and 1 goal assist. He is the second top shooter in the Russian rating.
Movsisyan was born in Baku and lived there until the age of 12. His parents moved to Los Angeles and joined the Randers FC (Denmark) aged 22, moving to Krasnodar after.
