The Azerbaijani Federation for Air and Extreme Sports has announced preparations for the international ice-climbing championship near Laza in the Gusarsky District with support of the Azerbaijani Ministry for Youth and Sports. 103 competitors from Russia, Turkey, Georgia and Iran have registered, Trend reports.
The following clubs of Azerbaijan will take part in the competition: Ecosport, A+A, Climb-club, Rock stone, Meteor, Baku State University, Sports Club of the Western University, AMEAST of the Azerbaijani Tourism University, Gyandzhlik Academy for Physical Education and Sports, Khazar University Sports Club, Sports Club of the Economic University, Tanrydag of Gobustan, Salavat of Gusara, Gusar and Zirve, Babadag of Ismailly, Mountain bee of Zagataly, Extremal of Gakha, Kemergaya of Yardymly.
