Israel plans to determine in the nearest future what it can do in order to help Russia in ensuring security during the Olympics in Sochi in 2014.
"In our country, great attention is paid to security issues, and I hope that our experience will be useful for the Olympics in Sochi," said Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, the Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor of Israelduring the first Russian-Israeli business forum held in Moscow March 22.
According to Interfax, the minister said, that in Moscow is present the deputation of Israeli businessmen working in this field. "We plan to send a delegation to Sochi, so that it may identify specific areas of assistance," Binyamin Ben-Eliezer said.
The delegation of Israeli businessmen is supposed to visit Sochi in spring of this year already. This agreement was reached during a meeting between the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov and Binyamin Ben-Eliezer
