Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov’s behavior may cause a punishment for Grozny Terek FC, according to article 101 of the disciplinary regulations (punished with a fine of 500,000 rubles or 1-5 games without spectators), ITAR-TASS reports.
On the 87th minute Rizvan Utsiyev of the Terek FC was removed from the game. The score was 0:0. Kadyrov got outraged by the decision of arbiter Mikhail Vilkov and insulted the referee.
Sergey Cheban, Executive Director of the Russian Premier League, said that a commission for control and discipline will study the case.
Kadyrov refuses to apologize and admitted that he had indeed insulted the judge, calling the arbiter’s decision biased.
