Chechen football players Zaur Sadayev and Jibril Kadayev arrived at the Ben Gurion Airport. They took a plane back to Chechnya. Coach of the Bitar Jerusalem FC Eli Cohen said that the two had been training and everything had been fine.
Their teammates believe that the players went on a short vacation to see their relatives.
Nationalistic fans were initially opposed to Sadayev and Kadayev as members of the team. Sadayev scored a goal once in 8 matches. Kadayev was playing twice and had a bottle thrown at him.
