Side referee Musa Kadyrov was restricted from judging games for beating Amkara FC (Perm) player Ilya Krichmar in the game against Grozny Terek FC.
The incident happened in Grozny on Friday. Krichmar insulted the referee after the final whistle, ending up in a fight.
