Yuri Syomin, a high-ranking Russian coach, agreed to become the coach of the Gabala FC (Azerbaijan) and signed a corresponding contract for a year at the end of the week, Trend reports.
Syomin was the chief coach of the Lokomotiv FC in 1992-2005. He returned to the team in 2009 and worked for only a season. He had a conflict with the club’s President Olga Smorodskaya and moved to the Kiev Dinamo FC.
His leaving the Dinamo FC happened after a failed match with the Donetsk Shakhtyor FC in September 2012. Dinamo lost 1:4.
The Gabala FC has had three coaches this season. It is the sixth in the list of national teams.
