Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to unveil the medals made for the Sochi Olympic Games on Thursday, RIA Novosti cites the Kremlin's press service as saying on Wednesday.
President Putin is also going to meet members of the International Olympic Committee during the ongoing SportAccord conference in St. Petersburg.
“Putin will be presented with the Olympic and Paralympic medals, with which the medalists will be honored at the 22nd Olympic Winter Games and the 11th Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi in 2014,” the Kremlin's press service is quoted by RIA Novosti as saying in a statement.
