The Olympic Flame of Sochi will be taken to the International Space Station by the Soyuz TMA-11M rocket and take into outer space by Oleg Kotov and Sergey Ryazansky in early November 2013, RIA Novosti reports.
Dmitry Chernyshenko, President of the Sochi 2014 Organization Committee, said that he was sitting with a living legend Alexey Leonov and believed that the initiative was very symbolic.
