Russian president observes ‘Hot Snow’

The head of the Organizing Committee of Sochi-2014, Dmitry Chernyshenko, demonstratedthe ‘Hot Snow’ program to  Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, involving generating snow under high environment temperatures, RIA Novosti reports.


Chernyshenko said at the ski resort ‘Roza Khutor’ on Tuesday that Norwegian and Italian specialists were invited to the program.


He said that they will take into account the problems of the Winter Games in Vancouver in 2010. Chernyshenko recalled that they had spoken with the Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov about snow preservation.
