Dagestani acting President Ramazan Abdulatipov approved the new concept for development of the Makhachkala Anzhi FC, Interfax reports.
He noted that Suleiman Kerimov had invested a lot in the club and purchased the best players. Abdulatipov reminded that 7 members of the Russian national team had been members of the football club.
The Dagestani leader reminded that Gaji Gajiyev had brought the team to the finals of the Russian Football Cup in 2001.
