Vice President of the Russian Federation of Sport Journalists Lev Rossoshik says the 2014 Sochi Games were possible due to the Moscow 2012 Olympic project failure.
The expert said so while addressing students of the Sochi Journalism School, established on the initiative of the North-South political analysis centre for young journalists of South Russia and the Caucasus.
